Technologies I conducted secondary research on Google, Youtube, Hulkshare and Leyton Sixth Form Moodle. When we was researching Elma, Marvellous and I watched afrobeats music videos on Youtube to subvert camera shots, angles, editing and props into our plan. This was effective because we were able to use the professional music videos as case studies when we constructed our storyboard. Google images was useful for researching costume, jewelry, prop, and dimensions for our print products. Leyton vle moodle page had all of the resources such as talent release, risk assessments, storyboard templates and CD Digipak templates documents which we were able to download and adapt from Google images. All of the technologies played a significant role in our construction of both the pre-production and post- production. Hulkshare music is where we found the original version of Vibe Squad Drop which was not edited on the dance cypher. Favourite Technologies My favourite technologies were Youtube and Leyton Moodle, Whatsapp and Timetoast because we could find everything we needed for planning our promo video and print products also we were discussing during the week and on weekends via whatsapp E.M.V Productions group conversation it was effective because we would share ideas on costume, research through media files such as images, and audio most importantly remind my group of dates and times for meetings and filming. Microsoft Word document was useful in planning our music video filming and photography call sheets professionally. Timetoast was extremely beneficial because I was able to create a timeline for present and future tasks to complete this was the best way to schedule bookings for filming, photography for my pre-production and post production so that I know when we have to film and edit as a group it was very effective in helping me to meet coursework deadlines. Youtube was used in question three of the Evaluation which was filmed video then non filming of my target audience. Leyton vle Moodle Construction in pre-production and post-production stages |
